The hotel itself had a charming colonial architecture, adding to its overall charm. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay all the more enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with the option to have a view or balcony for those wanting a little extra.

Despite being plain in decor, they were clean and well-maintained, providing all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, I was delighted to discover that the hotel offered rooms with a view or balcony, allowing guests to enjoy the charming surroundings. Lastly, the breakfast at the hotel was delightful, with a variety of options to suit different tastes.

My only small complaint was that the wifi was inconsistent at times.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Hotel Virreynal. The location was fantastic, right in the center of town, and we enjoyed the beautiful balcony overlooking the cathedral. This hotel is a hidden gem just off the main square, making it the perfect location for exploring the town. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us, even with our limited Spanish. The breakfast provided was excellent, ensuring we started our days off right.

The parking arrangements were a bit confusing initially.

Beautiful building, great location with a view of the cathedral. Large and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Good water pressure and hot water. AC and fan provided.
